Know about a problem before your users do. Network & Server Monitoring watches the equipment your business runs on – switches, firewalls, VPN tunnels, Wi-Fi access points, printers and servers – every minute, around the clock, and emails the right person the moment something needs attention.

Network devices over SNMP. Up/down and response time, CPU, memory, temperature, fans and power supplies; every port with its traffic, errors, VLANs and the devices connected to it; broadcast storms and switching loops; printer toner and paper; Wi-Fi radios, SSIDs and clients. Cisco, HP / Aruba, Huawei, Fortinet, Ubiquiti UniFi, Ricoh and more.

VPN monitoring. Every site-to-site tunnel with its traffic and how long it has been up – and an alert the moment one drops. Remote-access VPN sessions and users per group.

Syslog. The log messages your firewalls and switches send are collected, searchable by device, severity and text, and can raise an alert on the lines that matter.

Server monitoring. A monitor-only agent reports Remote Desktop and SSH logins, refused sign-ins, PowerShell, new services and applications, disk errors and failing disks, virtual machines and containers – and can never be used to control the server.

Alerts that reach the right people. Email through your own mail server or Microsoft 365, with reminders while a problem lasts and a note when it clears. Choose who receives which kinds of alert, and at what severity.
